User Information

IP address: We us IP addresses to diagnose problems with our servers and to administer our Website. Also, your IP address is aggregated with the IP addresses of other Users to gather broad demographic information about Users in general.

Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily and publicly disclose personal information on any online service or Website (for example, on message boards, on areas designated for posted User information or through email) that information can be collected and used by others. In short, if you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other other parties in return.

League and Golfer Registration

Our registration process requires you to select a league sign in name and password and also to provide information, such as your name and email address (your "Contact Information"). We use your Contact Information from the registration form to send you information and promotions about the Service. We may also use your Contact Information to get in touch with you on occasion via email. You are also given the option to receive periodic newsletters from the Service and/or promotional information from NGL partner sites through NGL. You can opt out of these additional services by following the instructions in the "Personal Options" section below. Under no circumstances will we sell your Contact Information directly to others.

Contest and Promotions

When you participate in our email or online contests and/or promotions, we may ask for your email address and other contact information as well as demographic information. We may also ask a few questions about your golfing habits. We do not review or share individual demographic profiles. These statistics are aggregated and used to provide you with better service in the future.

Hyperlinks and Third Party Links

Our Service contains links to other websites. ING is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these other websites, nor do we share information about our users with these linked sites.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Each league has a unique sign in name and password so you can be assured that no one else can access your information.  Only the league manager can update league information with the exception of the photo album and message boards.

Users of NGL can update their profiles or remove themselves from our service or lists by emailing us at support@netGolfLeague.com
